<p>By accessing and using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions shown below.</p> <h2>YOUR <span class="caps">ORDER</span></h2> <p>When you place an order for an item displayed on our website, you are making an offer of purchase to us. We will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do so. If the item is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of these changes. If this is not possible we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first.</p> <h2>DELIVERY</h2> <p>We aim to post your order as soon as we can, usually within 3 days of confirmation of payment. All items will be the insured special delivery service from the Post Office. Once the package is in the hands of the Post Office, they are responsible for any delays or damage to the item. If you wish to track your order, e-mail us after you have placed your order, and we will supply you with a tracking number. The minimum cost for UK delivery is £5.00. Please note, we can currently only deliver items to your card billing address.</p> <h2>INTERNATIONAL <span class="caps">DELIVERY</span></h2> <p>We currently deliver to:</p> <ul> <li>Italy</li> <li>France </li> <li>Spain</li> <li>Germany</li> <li>Netherland </li> <li>Denmark</li> <li>Switzerland </li> <li>Canada </li> <li><span class="caps">USA</span></li> </ul> <p>Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. It is your responsibility to pay these charges. We have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. <br />Please note these charges are levied by your government not by Profile Ltd.<br />If you or someone acting on your behalf rejects the goods at the point of delivery then Profile Ltd will charge you for all the associated delivery and administration charges.</p> <h2>RETURNS/EXCHANGE <span class="caps">POLICY</span></h2> <p>All orders will have a returns form included. Should any item be unsuitable, the item needs to be returned with the completed form within 14 days in order to receive an exchange or refund. The product returned to us <span class="caps">MUST</span> be in its original condition. This includes all tags still being attached and any packaging to be returned with the item. If a return is received without tags or packaging, or if we have any reason to believe the item has been used, we will be unable to accept the item and will return it to you.<br />In the case of refunds, we will credit you via the card you originally used, minus the postage costs, and will do this as quickly as possible. This will usually be within 7 working days(please note it may take longer than this to show on your statement).</p> <h2>RETURNS/EXCHANGE <span class="caps">POLICY ON SALE ITEMS</span></h2> <p>The same as above, but the items must be received by us within 10 days.</p> <h2>PRIVACY <span class="caps">POLICY</span></h2> <p>Profile takes the security of customer information very seriously, and employs strict measures to ensure the safe handling of it. We do not at any time disclose any customer information to third parties.<br />Whilst using our website we will gather information from you, allowing us to review our service, and also for promotional purposes.<br />From time to time we may use this information to contact you regarding any promotions or events on our website.<br />Personal details such as an address or telephone number will be used primarily to ensure the postage of any purchase, but may also be used to inform you of any new products or changes to our service. Cookies are used in our e-commerce store, but that is only used to track any items you have selected.</p> <h2>PAYMENT</h2> <p>Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners or Maestro cards. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours.
